Lost or misplaced an item in the park?

Go to Customer Service located at the park entrance or fill out the contact form under the “Contact Us” tab our teams will conduct a search for you. If the item is found, we will contact you to arrange collection.

Everyday items:

Please note that everyday items (e.g., caps, lighters, umbrellas, etc.) will be held for a period of 10 days. Following this period, these items will be considered abandoned and disposed of.

Valuables:

Please note that items of significant value (e.g., phone, car keys, sunglasses, prescription glasses, etc.) will be held for a period of 60 days. Following this period, these items will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
