Park Services

To make your visit to La Ronde memorable, we do everything we can to make your experience the best it can be. That's why we offer a wide range of services that will allow you to make the most of your time with us.

In addition to the information you will find on this page, our Customer Service representatives (located at the main entrance of the park) will be happy to answer your inquiries during our opening hours. Please note that outside of our opening hours and days, you may contact us for any request via this link: Contact us.

Interchangeable Companions

Persons accompanied by children under 1.37 metres (54 inches) in height may proceed to the height checkpoint at the entrance to each ride. At this point, you simply need to notify the attendant of the situation. The attendant will allow the adult accompanying the child to proceed with the child to the exit of the ride while the other members of the group are queuing. Once the rest of the group arrives at the ride platform, the adult accompanying the child will be able to switch places with another adult, and thus access the ride in turn. Certain conditions apply.

Intercom announcements

Unfortunately, La Ronde does not have an intercom system that would allow announcements to be made throughout the park. However, you may always leave messages for your group members directly at Customer Service.

Casiers

If you would prefer to store your personal belongings for the day, please rent a locker. For added security, these can be electronically locked with a PIN code. You will find the lockers near the main entrance of La Ronde. Please note that locker availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. The rental fee is:

Regular locker

10 $

Casier jumbo

13 $

Taxes are included. Payment can only be made by debit or credit card.

Circle of friends

This program is free and allows you to enjoy your day more as it can save you a lot of trouble! We offer you the opportunity to obtain bracelets from any security guard or from Customer Service. On these bracelets, you will be invited to write important information (name of the child, parents, cell phone number, etc.) that will allow us to reunite you quickly in the event that your child gets lost in the park.

Lost children/parents

If your child is lost or separated from your group, do not panic and proceed directly to Guest Services, located at the main entrance of the park, to provide a physical description of your child. You can also notify a La Ronde employee or security guard for assistance. Children separated from their parents are taken to Customer Service. Try to stay calm, we always find your little adventurers!

Because we do not broadcast park-wide messages, we encourage you to establish a meeting place in the event that your group becomes separated.

Wheelchairs

We welcome visitors with reduced mobility every day and we do everything we can to make La Ronde accessible to all. Wheelchairs can be rented by going to the lockers to the left of the main entrance once you have passed through the turnstiles (in the same place as for stroller rental). The rental fee is:

Wheelchair

16 $

Taxes are included. Identification is required as a deposit for the rental. As the number of wheelchairs available for rent is limited, we recommend that you bring your own or arrive early to ensure you have one. Renting a wheelchair does not guarantee access to the rides. We invite you to consult our complete policy and all the information relating to the reception of people with reduced mobility by clicking below.
